Luxora Renovations

Renovations · Kent, Sussex, Surrey & London

A rebuilt website for a South East renovation business, with a warm new design, clear services, an interactive before-and-after and an enquiry form that saves every request.

LAUNCHED · 24 OCTOBER 2026

A rebuild from the ground up

Luxora Renovations takes on full renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, joinery, extensions and maintenance for homeowners and landlords in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London. In October we rebuilt the website and the enquiry system behind it.

What we changed

Part of the siteDelivered change
First impressionA dark, warm design in ink, stone and brass, a plain headline about renovations and repairs across the South East, and enquiry and WhatsApp routes on the first screen.
ServicesFive services, from full renovations to maintenance and small works, each with its own illustration and a link that opens the enquiry form.
Before and afterAn imagined kitchen-diner shown with the old kitchen ripped out, then finished. Visitors drag across the picture, or use the arrow keys, to compare the two.
LandlordsA section for landlords covering void turnarounds, HMO compliance and fire safety upgrades, and one point of contact for several properties.
EnquiriesThe form asks for the property type and the kind of work. Each enquiry is saved before a reference is shown, then emailed separately, with retries if the mail server is unavailable. A basic version works without JavaScript.
The Luxora before-and-after slider: a stripped-out room on the left and the finished kitchen-diner on the right, labelled Illustration, not a completed Luxora project
The before-and-after slider. Drag across to see the room stripped out and finished.

What we checked

Each round was reviewed independently against a written checklist covering design, copy, accessibility and search before anything went live.

We tested the enquiry form end to end in a browser against the live security settings: sending, retrying after a failed connection, editing after a failed send, the version without JavaScript and keyboard use. After launch, a test enquiry sent through the live form was delivered first time.

What this means for another business

A good-looking site is only half the job. It also needs to show the work clearly, speak to the people who hire you and make enquiring easy, with a form that never leaves a customer wondering if their message arrived. That matters for any renovation firm, builder or trade before spending on more traffic.

Review an existing website, explore websites for trades, or compare Lustre’s package scopes.
