ABOUT US

Built by people who care about craft.

Work directly with Nathan

Lustre Digital is based in Ashford, Kent. Nathan is your point of contact for the website brief, the build and agreed ongoing work. Our main focus is Ashford and nearby businesses that need a clear, useful website and a straightforward way for customers to enquire.

You can begin by email, phone or the contact form. Tell us what you do, where you work and what the website needs to help a customer do. If you already have a site, include its address and the problem you want to solve.

What we build

Our custom business websites use HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with the page structure and functionality chosen for the brief. We also offer Shopify design and customisation where a business needs an online shop. Editing tools, third-party systems and maintenance requirements are discussed before the platform is chosen.

For a local service business, we usually start with the important customer questions: is this the right service, does the business cover my area, what happens next, and how do I get in touch? Content, navigation and the form should work together to answer them.

See the decisions behind the work

The Echo Property Maintenance case study explains a recent update to a Kent trade website. It covers the service layout, mobile contact routes and the change from an email-app form to a saved enquiry with a reference. It also states what has been checked and which commercial results have not yet been measured.

Clear scope before work begins

The proposal records pages, features, content responsibilities, revisions, timing and cost. One-off builds and ongoing care are separate choices. A booking platform, payment provider or paid app may have its own charge, which should be visible in the plan.

Read the current package and care-plan prices. See the steps from brief to launch. Our terms explain payment, ownership and the different commitment for managed trade websites.

Local focus, practical communication

We serve Ashford and surrounding areas including Tenterden, Headcorn, New Romney, Hythe, Folkestone, Canterbury and Faversham. Our Ashford guide explains how we plan a local business website. Location pages describe the area served; they do not represent separate offices.

For a first conversation, call 01233 427 118 or send your website brief. Include any deadline and a rough budget if you have one, so we can suggest a proportionate scope.
