A proper website for your village hall.
Hire information people can find, availability they can check and booking requests that reach the right volunteer. Hand-built in Kent and designed to remain useful when committees change.
Empty halls don’t fund themselves.
When hire rates, facilities, photos and availability are hard to find, potential hirers have to chase a volunteer or look elsewhere. A clear website gives private parties, clubs and local groups the information they need to make an informed booking request.
Choose the level of booking help your committee needs.
Both packages are hand-built, mobile-friendly and accessible. There are no hidden page-builder licences and care is optional.

Everything a hall needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Availability & booking requests
A calendar visitors can check and a booking request form that lands in your inbox — or we embed your existing Hallmaster diary.
Domain rescue
Old domain registered years ago by a volunteer nobody can reach? We help trace the registration and pursue the appropriate recovery route — or set up a fresh one in the hall’s name.
A proper hall email address
bookings@yourhall.org.uk instead of a personal hotmail or btinternet address — and it stays with the hall when volunteers move on.
Accessibility built in
Designed around WCAG 2.2 AA principles, with an accessibility statement where the agreed scope requires one. Public-sector bodies may have specific duties; every hall benefits from clearer access.
Content written for you
We write every page from a 20-minute phone call with your booking clerk. No homework for the committee.
Grant-support documents
We can provide a detailed quotation, specification and clear accessibility and volunteer-efficiency outcomes for your committee to use in suitable applications.
Give a funder a clear project to assess.
Some community funders support projects that improve access, participation or the long-term resilience of local facilities. Eligibility and priorities change, and website costs are not automatically covered. Lustre supplies a project quotation, specification and outcome wording; your hall checks eligibility and submits the application.
Possible routes to investigate include National Lottery Awards for All, Kent Community Foundation and local authority community grants. We never promise an award or charge a success fee.
Give the committee something concrete to consider.
Tell us how your hall currently handles enquiries and availability. We’ll recommend the smaller package when it is enough and provide a fixed written scope for the next meeting.
