Follow these steps for the best healing results
- Remove bandage after 2-4 hours
- Wash gently with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap
- Pat dry with a clean paper towel — never rub
- Apply a thin layer of unscented moisturizer
- Wash 2-3 times daily
- Continue washing 2x daily
- Apply moisturizer 3-4 times daily to prevent drying
- Do not pick, scratch, or peel flaking skin
- Avoid submerging in water — no pools, baths, or ocean
- Wear loose, breathable clothing over the tattoo
- Peeling and flaking is completely normal
- Continue moisturizing as the skin renews
- Colors may look dull during this stage — they will brighten
- Avoid direct sunlight on the healing tattoo
- Do not use exfoliating products on the area
- Always apply SPF 30+ sunscreen on healed tattoos
- Keep skin moisturized for vibrant colors
- Touch-ups are free within the first year
- Avoid prolonged sun exposure to prevent fading
- Schedule a check-in if you notice any concerns
