Two batons of dark chocolate folded into buttery, laminated dough.
Cheese & Onion Roll
Mature cheddar and caramelised onion in a soft white roll. Perfect for lunch.
Victoria Sponge

My grandmother taught me that good bread needs only three things: quality flour, patience, and love. Fifty years later, I still start every morning at 4 am, shaping loaves by hand the way she showed me in her farmhouse kitchen.
At Crumb, we use heritage grain from local farms, wild yeast cultures we have nurtured for over a decade, and traditional slow-fermentation methods. No shortcuts, no preservatives — just honest bread.
